• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags intact.

• To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@mnaeyc.org with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange while supplies last.

• If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
