MnAEYC supports the leadership and development of early childhood professionals. We do this, in part, by offering numerous trainings each year, including an Annual State Conference and a Summer Leadership Institute.​ Well-prepared, well-trained professionals have been shown to be more likely to provide the type of responsive care and education children need to be successful.

Our Annual State Conference is offered at the end of January/February each year. For 2026, we will meet January 30 -31 at the Minneapolis West Sheraton Hotel. We bring a diverse range of professionals to speak on their areas of expertise and exhibitors from a variety of areas of the field.
Summer Leadership Institute is held in June each year. We come together as program leaders, emerging leaders, and partner programs to learn and get inspired for our work.
