Just over 200 early childhood educators, leaders, and advocates came together for two powerful days at the 2026 MnAEYC Annual Conference, gathering to learn, connect, and renew their commitment to children and families across Minnesota.

Centered on the theme At the Heart of It: Cultivating Resilience and Compassion, this year’s conference created space to explore care, community, and emotional intelligence as essential foundations of early learning.

Participants engaged in a rich and diverse lineup of sessions designed for professionals in family child care, center-based early education, and early elementary settings, with a strong slate of Develop-approved sessions on day two supporting meaningful professional growth and licensure requirements.

From inspiring keynotes to practical, equity-centered sessions and opportunities for genuine connection, the 2026 conference reminded us that this work is deeply relational — and that when we come together, we strengthen not only our practice, but each other. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a meaningful experience.
