MnAEYC Committees
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
Involvement in MnAEYC subcommittees offers members a unique opportunity to directly shape the organization’s work while enhancing their own professional growth. By participating in committees such as Professional Development, Membership Nurturing, Policy & Advocacy, or Equity, members contribute their expertise and ideas to initiatives that strengthen the early childhood education profession across Minnesota. This collaboration ensures that MnAEYC’s programs, events, and advocacy efforts reflect the diverse needs and perspectives of its community.

For members, engaging in subcommittees provides valuable networking opportunities and the chance to develop leadership skills in a collaborative environment. Members can gain firsthand experience in areas such as event planning, policy development, and equity-focused initiatives, all while working alongside passionate peers and experienced leaders. This involvement not only amplifies their impact within MnAEYC but also enhances their professional profile, equipping them with new skills and insights to bring back to their own workplaces and communities. Together, member-driven subcommittees create a dynamic, mutually beneficial partnership that advances the mission of MnAEYC and empowers its members.
