PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

At MnAEYC, we believe that professional growth thrives through connection and collaboration. We’re proud to partner with leading organizations across Minnesota and beyond to expand access to high-quality, research-informed learning opportunities for early childhood educators. Through these collaborations, members gain access to diverse professional development experiences that strengthen leadership, enrich practice, and build community. Current partnerships include Metropolitan State University and Eager to Learn in delivering the Director Credential Program; FamilyWise and Greater Twin Cities United Way’s 80x3 Initiative to offer NEAR Science workshops; and The Hanen Centre, providing MnAEYC members with discounted access to evidence-based literacy workshops. Together, we’re investing in the growth and resilience of Minnesota’s early childhood workforce.
