Exhibitor Information
An exhibit table is included in platinum, gold, silver and bronze-level sponsorships, and do not to be purchased separately.
Exhibitor Table Only - $300
All exhibit tables will be located in the Grand Ballroom. When you purchase an exhibitor table ticket it provides you with a standard 8-foot x 30-inch un-skirted exhibit table for both days of the conference.
Electricity at the exhibit tables is not available.
If you plan to have additional representatives at your exhibit table at any given time, you will need to purchase additional conference registrations.
Due to high demand, we have limited exhibitor spaces available. Reserve your table now! Exhibitor registration closes on January 02, 2026!
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payment for exhibit space and advertisement must be received by 5:00 p.m. on January 2, 2026 or the registration will be canceled.
Exhibitors are considered “no show” if a company does not occupy and exhibit in the designated space within one hour of the scheduled opening of the exhibit space at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, January 30, and has not given MnAEYC the required written notice of cancellation. MnAEYC has the right to use “no show” exhibit space in such a manner as it may deem in the exposition’s best interest. Failure to occupy exhibit space does not relieve the Exhibitor from their obligation to pay the full booth rental fee.
Cancellations received in writing by December 19, 2025 will be refunded 50% of registration fee. No refunds will be given after December 19, 2026.
MnAEYC reserves the right to refuse exhibit space and/or sponsorship to any applicant for any reason. In addition, MnAEYC reserves the right to refuse exhibit space or sponsorship to any organization if, after the acceptance of the Application and Contract, information should come to the attention of MnAEYC, which in the reasonable judgment of MnAEYC, demonstrates that the proposed sponsor, exhibitor or any portion of its contents would be inconsistent with the principles espoused by MnAEYC or unfavorable to its public reputation. In the event MnAEYC should exercise this right, any deposit and fees paid to MnAEYC shall be refunded. MnAEYC has the right to refuse an applicant access to future events. MnAEYC has the right to refuse an applicant access to any event, if the applicant owes money to MnAEYC.
