Payment and Cancelation Information

Registration Payment Policies and Deadlines

Registration Payment Policy:  

All registrations must be paid in full by Friday, January 23, 2026. Registrations not paid by Friday, January 23, 2026 will be assessed a $35 late fee per registration. All registrations and fees must be paid prior to attending the Conference.

Group Registration Payment Policy:

To receive the group discount, all registration forms must be received together at one time by Friday, December 26, 2025. Payment must accompany group registrations in order for the discounted rate to be valid.  Group registrations submitted without payment or after Friday, December 26, 2025, will be processed at the regular non-discounted rate.


On-Site Registration and/or Payment: 

On-site registration is accepted but will be assessed a $35 fee per registration. Payment must be made by credit card or check at the time of on-site registration.

Cancellation Policy:

With written cancellation notice, received by Friday, January 12, 2026, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations received after Friday, January 12, 2026 are nonrefundable. Notices of cancellation must be emailed to MnAEYC professionaldevelopment@mnaeyc.org

No-shows will not receive a refund.

Is there a discount for registering 10 or more people?

Yes!  Use code Reg10+2026 for 5% off your total registrations.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

When you register, please add this to the "dietary restrictions" section of the form.  Did someone else register you and you want to be sure they selected your dietary restrictions?  Contact us here to confirm your selections.

Do I select my classes in advance?

You absolutely can select your courses in advance, but you do NOT need to enter that information at the time you register. Once you register, you will receive an email in early January on how to download the conference app and select your sessions. Your selected sessions will be confirmed when you check in on the first day of the conference. It is always a good idea to choose a back up for each session just in case one of our speakers is not able to make it at the last minute.

Where can I find the list of sessions available?

When the sessions are set, they will be listed on the conference home page and will also be available in the conference app.

How can I become a speaker at the event?
Check out the Presenter page for details. Requests for Session Proposals (RFP) open in the late summer/early fall each year.  For our 2026 conference, the RFP closed October 20, 2025.​

How can I become an exhibitor or a sponsor at the event?
Check out the Exhibitor page for details. Registration for exhibitors and sponsors will open in the fall each year.  Registration for exhibitors for our 2026 event is now open.
