Annual State Conference Presenters

The 2024 Annual State Conference Request For Session Proposals (RFP) has closed.  Thanks to all who submitted sessions for our event.  We look forward to including the many voices of field professionals in February.

The Minnesota Association for the Education of Young Children, MnAEYC, invites you to submit a proposal to present at our Annual Early Childhood Conference to be held February 2-3, 2024 at the RiverCentre in St. Paul MN.

Sessions are 90 minutes in length and presenters may choose a compensation option below. Compensation will be split if multiple presenters.  

Each session room includes a projector, screen, and chairs for participants. Please plan to bring your own computer if needed and a connection for an HDMI cord.  If you need a different setup, we cannot guarantee it, but we will do our best to accommodate.  Please note it below under "Special set-up requests."

Session proposals are due October 15, 2023.  You will be notified by October 23rd if your proposal has been accepted.

If you are planning to attend the rest of the conference, please be sure to register separately.  We will not plan meals for speakers unless they have been registered as a participant.

**Please note we do not use this form to choose our keynote speakers. We have already contracted with our keynote speakers for 2024. If you are a keynote speaker, please reach out to our general email (info@mnaeyc.org) with your information (title, summary, biography, and fees) for future events.

We are offering a different compensation structure for our speakers in 2024. Please read below for the options:

1.Donate compensation: proceeds will go to conference attendance scholarships at a rate of ($90/session)

2. 30% off conference attendance (up to 3 days of attendance) (if split, the 30% will be split among presenters, 15%/15%, 10%/10%/10%, etc)

3. $90 honorarium per session (split for multiple presenters)
