Service Description
In this webinar, you will learn about the Minnesota created Early Childhood Coaching Framework that accelerates & coordinates coaching and technical assistance across mixed-delivery partnerships. Currently, access to coaching and technical assistance for early care and education programs is siloed based on program type, limiting collaboration in a mixed delivery system. The Early Childhood Coaching Framework is created with a vision and focus on five components: Supported Workforce, Supported Programs, Supported Communities, Supported Coaches, and Supported Systems. Presenters Cha Yang & June Reineke With over 20 years in education, Cha is a human-centered leader focused on teacher development, recruitment, retention, and professional growth, grounded in equity and student-centered practice. A collaborative systems thinker, she works at Minnesota Department of Children, Youth & Families, across teams and communities to create aligned, sustainable environments where educators thrive and every student can succeed—while also dreaming of working at Hogwarts and remembering to drink more water. June Reineke is an education specialist in early childhood and PreK-3rd grade systems at the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth & Families, where she supports aligned early learning initiatives and collaborative partnerships to strengthen practice and outcomes for young children and families.
