We’re looking to hire an experienced professional to join our team as the Executive Director at Kids Rock! Child Care Center in Luverne, MN.

Pay:
Salary starting at $58,000-$60,000

As Executive Director, you will:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the opening of the new child care center.
Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Manage staff development and create a positive work culture.
Build strong relationships with families and the community.
Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of management experience as a director in a child care setting, nonprofit organization or similar operation
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching early childhood or serving as an assistant director in a child care setting or related field
Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of staff
Knowledge of licensing regulations and compliance requirements
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Passion for working with children and families
Ability to build positive relationships with parents and community partners
Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
