Position Title: Early Childhood Education Department Teacher
Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $46,804 - $52,005 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Additionally, we offer generous PTO, paid holiday schedule, childcare discount, and eligibility for loan forgiveness! This position is also eligible for a $1,500 Sign on Bonus - $250 at hire, $250 at 6 months, and $1,000 at a year.
Schedule:
Full Time, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts between 7:30-5:30, to be determined according to center needs.

Position Overview:
The Department Teacher is responsible for supporting multiple classrooms as determined by center staffing needs coordinated by ECE Supervisors. The Department Teacher leads or assists in implementing developmentally appropriate activities that build on individual children's strengths and needs and is an active participant with all children as a partner in play. The Department Teacher coordinates with their team to maintain healthy, safe, and organized classroom spaces that enrich the educational experience of all children in our program.

Job Qualifications:
Education
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in any field with 18 quarter credit education hours.
Experience
1,040 hours of experience as a teacher, assistant teacher, aide, or student intern in a licensed childcare center, a licensed family childcare program, a Tribally licensed childcare program in any United States state or territory, or in a public or nonpublic school.
or caring for children as a staff person or unsupervised volunteer in a certified childcare center under chapter 245H.
or providing direct contact services in a home or residential facility serving children with disabilities that requires a background study under section 245C.03.
