Ideas for this include an international bazaar, attendee reception, hospitality areas, etc. Join us as a sponsor, and you’ll be celebrating the great visibility this sponsorship provides you. • Receptions and Meal Events SuperConference events include numerous opportunities to reach your target audience with your company name and logo at group meal or reception functions. For instance, the MLFCCA Family Child Care Provider of the Year Banquet would reach over 200 attendees who are there to honor over 50 individuals for their outstanding contributions to the family child care field. The Coffee Cart is another area of high visibility which has been a complete success for the past two years at MnAEYC Conferences. By providing an event for this high-level audience, you’ll show your support of their advocacy efforts and of early childhood education. • Keynote Speakers Sponsors may choose to cover the costs involved for a keynote speaker for a reception or meal event. Bringing in a “celebrity” is sure to be a special event that attendees will long remember, and they will have you to thank! • Featured Speakers Sponsors may choose to cover the costs involved for a featured speaker for a workshop presentation. Featured speakers are highlighted in the conference programs and are typically well known in their area of expertise. Attendees will thank you for sponsoring one of these speakers. • Career Opportunity Center Put your company name, logo and/or message in front of hundeds of conference participants as they frequent our Message Center to leave and retrieve personal messages from colleagues. Or, reach attendees as they pick up information and leads about current and anticipated job opportunities at the Career Opportunity Center. • SuperConference 2006 Marketplace Have your company name, logo and booth number visible as participants browse the SuperConference 2006 Marketplace to preview and make purchases from our large selection of early childhood resources. • Student Network Center This important networking opportunity is designed for students to meet other students, share tips for navigating the Conference, plan how to transfer knowledge obtained at the conference to their studies, and connect with leaders of the early childhood profession. Students visit the Student Network Center throughout the conference to relax, reflect and fellowship with other students. •Name Badge Sponsorship of our registration name badges, worn by every attendee to gain admittance into educational sessions and the exhibit hall, provides the unique opportunity to promote your company to every registered attendee when your company name, logo and booth number (if applicable) is printed on the back of every name badge. • Name Badge Lanyards This highly visible sponsorship opportunity will put your name in front of every registered meeting attendee when your company name or logo is prominently featured on the neck cords used to hold the name badges worn by every attendee moving about the event.
