Tier Two Services
Tier Two Services are available to all programs and care providers across the state.
- Assessment tools to evaluate ‘accreditation readiness level’
- Lending Library – accreditation self-study materials available to check-out for one month
- Limited face-to-face visits with the Accreditation Specialist to help initiate the process, or prepare for the accreditation visit
Tier Three Services
Tier Three Services are available to all programs and care providers across the state but they are provided through a 'fee for services' contract.
This Tier provides support through the Accreditation process which includes:
- Trainings and/or forums
- Consistent contact with and support from the Accreditation Specialists
- Assistance with applying for Department of Human Services reimbursement for accreditation
The Program Pilot of the Accreditation Facilitation Project is currently providing Tier Three Services to 18 programs and care providers that are in the Parent Aware Program targeted areas, and that met eligibility requirements.
